2. Mr Ajay Kumar appears on behalf of Respondents and undertakes to file Wakalatnama during the course of the day. Learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the auction dated 27th November 2017 pursuant to the notice of 24th October 2017, has been cancelled since there were no bidders.
