1. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the mundkar proceedings bearing No.MAM/PER/MND/2/2014 filed by the Petitioner are pending before the Mamlatdar of Pernem since the year 2014. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State, on instructions, makes a statement that the proceedings bearing No.MAM/PER/MND/2/2014 pending before the Mamlatdar of Pernem will be disposed of within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order.

The statement made on behalf of the State is accepted. We direct the Mamlatdar of Pernem to dispose of the proceedings No. No.MAM/PER/MND/2/2014 within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after hearing the parties

2 wp1221-18-22-02-19 concerned, on its own merits and in accordance with law. Needless to mention that the Mamlatdar concerned will dispose of the proceedings by giving brief reasons.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
