This is an application for withdrawal of amount of Rs.60,000/- lying before this Court. The Criminal Revision application is already disposed off. The learned counsel for the parties submit that they have amicably settled the dispute and the consent terms are filed on record. In such circumstances, the application is allowed as prayed. The amount of Rs.60,000/- lying before this Court along with interest, if any, shall be paid to the applicant no.1.
