The Petitioner complains that the allotment of the shack in favour of Respondent No.4 is not proper and seeks an appropriate writ for cancellation of such allotment.

Mr. D. Pangam, learned Advocate General hands in a copy of the show cause notice dated 19.11.2019 issued to Respondent No.4, requiring Respondent No.4 to show cause as to why the allotment of the shack be not cancelled.

According to us, since Respondent No.2 is initiating action in the matter, no useful purpose will be served by keeping this Petition pending. The learned Advocate General states that the show cause notice will be disposed of in accordance with law and on its own merits, within four weeks from today. This statement is accepted.

The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.

All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
