Mr. Dessai, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that after the petitioners' application for grant of licence under 'Rent a Cab Scheme' was filed on 25th July, 2016, the condition no.5(vii) of the scheme, has been satisfied by the grant of permissions during the period from 2nd September, 2016 to 13th October, 2016 in respect of total number of 58 vehicles. In that circumstances, Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Advocate General makes a statement that the Licensing Authority will consider the petitioners' application dated 25th July, 2016, within a period of six

WP/1134/2016 weeks from today. The statement is accepted.

2. In view of the statement made, the petition is disposed of.
