Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondents.

2. This is an application for withdrawal of 50% of the amount of compensation deposited by the respondents before this Court towards the compensation granted for damage to the vehicle of the applicant.

3. On hearing the learned Counsel for the parties, in order to safeguard the interest of both the parties, the applicant is permitted to withdraw an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- subject to the

MCA/130/2019 undertaking that the applicant shall bring back the amount, so ordered, before this Court. Undertaking to be furnished before the learned Registrar(Judicial) of this Court. The rest of the amount shall remain invested in fixed deposit.
