Mr. Menezes, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition as the petitioner intends to file an application under the provisions of Goa Regularisation of Unauthorised Construction Ordinance, 2016.

2. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Needless to mention that if, such application is filed by the petitioner, the competent Authority shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law.
