Heard the learned Counsel for the parties. Perused reply.

2. By consent of parties, the order dated 16/04/2018 in MCA No.205/2017 is modified as under :

(i) An amount of Rs.7,54,117/- shall be paid to the respondents in the present application.

(ii)An amount of Rs.64,654/- shall be retained in this Court, which shall be invested in Nationalised Bank. (iii) Remaining amount along with interest, if any, shall be refunded to the applicant Insurance Company.

(iv)The application is disposed of.
