Shri Lobo, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that since after the filing of the petition, the Administrative Tribunal has disposed of the matter on merits, remanding the matter to the Municipal Council.

2. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. The petitioner being the complainant can approach the Municipal Council. It is however made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the intervention application before the Administrative Tribunal.
