Shri S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General appering for the respondents has pointed out that as far as the grievance raised by the petitioners to give them the benefits of the 7th Pay Commission is concerned, a decision with that regard has already been taken by the State Government and has even been informed to the Election Commissioner, in view of the Code of Conduct. The learned Advocate General as such submits that the grievance as far as the petitioners are concerned has been redressed. Mr. S. Desai, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners accordingly points out that as far as petitioners are concerned the statement of the learned Advocate General be accepted and the

WP/1121/2016 petition be accordingly disposed off. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General on behalf of the respondents, petition stands disposed off accordingly.

2. Shri R. Menezes, learned Advocate for the intervenors submits that a decision with regard to the grievances of the High Court Employees on such count has not yet been taken.

3. Shri S. D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General submits that in view of some technical issues involved, the matter is still under consideration and a decision with that regard would be taken within four weeks from today.
