Heard Shri J. A. Lobo, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant, Shri D. J. Pangam, the learned Counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 and Shri M. Salkar, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.2 to 4.

2. This is an application for extension of time to comply with the directions issued in terms of the minutes of order recorded by the respective parties by an order dated 22/09/2015.

3. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, time stands

MCA/874/2015 extended by further period of two months.

4. Shri Lobo, the learned Counsel appearing for the applicant has pointed out that on account of some dispute with regard to the venue, there was a delay in proceeding with such enquiry. It is pointed out by Shri Lobo that according to him, the enquiry is to take place in the school premises at Siolim, whereas the Enquiry Officer, who apparently resides in Panaji, desires that such enquiry be conducted in Panaji. This aspect in any event, will have to be examined by the Enquiry Officer, after hearing the applicant and the respondent herein.

5. Needless to say that any expenses incurred by the Enquiry Officer, if at all, to conduct the enquiry at Siolim, including Taxi expenses, shall be borne by the applicant.
