Learned Counsel for the Applicant placed on record notice of withdrawal issued to the L.Rs. of deceased Applicant. She submits that Applicant expired about a year back and inspite of oral as well as written requests, the legal heirs are not coming forward.

2. The name of the legal representative was called out, however no one is present. In view of the death of the Applicant herein about a year back, CRA filed in the this Court stands abated.
