2. This is an application for suspension of the sentence imposed in the impugned judgment and the consequent release of the applicant on bail as it is reported that the applicant has been taken in custody. The Revision has already been admitted.

3. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, the operation of the sentence of imprisonment imposed int he impugned judgments dated 29.1.2016 and 12.2.2016 is suspended and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on following conditions:- (i) The applicant shall execute a personal bond of sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the JMFC, Bicholim.

CRMA/234/2016 (ii) The applicant shall remain present in this Court when the Revision is taken up for final hearing.

(iii) The applicant shall deposit a sum of Rs.3,60,000/- (Rupees three lakhs sixty thousand only) in the Registry of this Court in two instalments:(i)Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) on or before 20.12.2016 and (ii) the balance amount on or before 15.1.2017.

4. The application stands disposed off accordingly.
