Heard Mr. Zaveri, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, Mr. Zaveri upon instructions submits that in case the Director of Panchayat/Respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the Panchayat appeal no.ADP-II/P.A/109/2015 expeditiously, the above petition may be disposed of.

3. The learned Advocate General submits that the respondent no.2 shall dispose of such proceeding within a period of three months from today.

4. Accepting the said statement of the learned Advocate General nothing survives in the above petition. The petition is disposed of. Needless to say that all the contentions of both the parties on merits are kept open.
