This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the State.

2. Indisputably the F.A.NO.81/2016 has been decided on 24/6/2017. That appeal has been partly allowed. Admittedly, the State has not challenged the said judgment any further. In that view of the matter, the amount deposited before this Court along with interest, if any, till date, shall be released in favour of the applicant.
