This is an application filed by the applicant/Registrar for clarification as to which list is to be considered while holding the subject directions.

2. It is brought to our notice that two lists have been submitted one by the original petitioner and the other by the original private respondents.

3. As such, the above application stands disposed of by directing the applicant/Registrar to take a decision on the rival claims and finalise the list to be considered after hearing both the concerned parties in accordance with law.
