Heard Shri T. George John, learned Advocate for the applicant. He prays for suspension of the sentence and seeks his release on bail on the premise that he has a good case to succeed on merits.

2. The judgment and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class dated 10.05.2017 is suspended which has been upheld by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Margao and the applicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail upon executing bail bonds in the amount of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one local surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Margao.

3. The applicant to make the payment in the Registry of this Court within four weeks from today.

4. The applications accordingly stand disposed off.

5. Parties to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this order.
