2. As per the order of this Court, registry was directed to calculate the amount of compensation payable to the applicants/claimants.

3. On perusal of the note submitted by the Registry dated 21.1.2016, it appears that the compensation payable to the applicants/claimants comes to Rs.6,63,494/-. However, the respondent herein has deposited an amount of Rs.25000/- on 29.7.2010 and Rs.5,29,918 on subsequent date. So total amount of Rs.5,54,918/- has been deposited which is invested in fixed deposit.

4. The applicant shall receive compensation of Rs.6,63,494/- and

MCA/5/2016 the balance amount, if any, shall be paid to the respondent.

5. Application stands disposed of.
