2. Learned Advocate General makes a statement on behalf of respondent no.2 that the demolition order dated 15.07.2019 was indeed made in this matter but the same was never served upon the petitioner. He also submits that there is some subsequent development on account of which the respondent no.2 now withdraws the order dated 15.07.2019. He states that the respondent no.2 will now afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter dispose of the show cause notice dated

WP/993/2019 16.05.2019 in accordance with law and on its own merits.

3. The show cause notice to be now disposed of within eight weeks from today.
