The learned Counsel for the applicants states that on the last date i.e. on 28/11/2018, out of inadvertence, it was stated that the applicants would be residing at Pune. The learned Counsel submits that the applicants propose to reside with their friend at Satara, which address was furnished to the Investigating Officer.

2. The learned Public Prosecutor states that the address has been verified and the report to that effect is filed, which is taken on record.

3. In that view of the matter, the application is allowed. The condition about the attendance of the applicants on every Saturday, is hereby relaxed. The applicants shall attend the Investigating Officer on every 14th day of each month. The first

CRMA/349/2018 of such attendance shall be on 14/01/2019 and thereafter, on 14th day of each English Calendar month.
