The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that there are certain errors and omissions in the petition and therefore the learned Counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall file a fresh petition within two weeks from today.

3. In this case, notice is yet to be issued to the other side. In such circumstances, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition within two weeks from today.
