Heard Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, Ms. Maria Correia, learned Additional Government Advocate for Respondents no.1 to 3, Mr. P. Sawant for Respondent No.5 and Ms. J. Sawaikar for Respondent No.6.

2. Ms. Correia, learned Additional Government Advocate states that in pursuance to the orders made in this petition, the petitioner has been re-examined and found to be eligible for admission to the first MBBS course against the category reserved for persons with disabilities. She therefore states that the

WP/989/2019 petitioner will be considered for admission to the first MBBS course which is to now commence in the forthcoming academic year.

3. Mr. Lotlikar, on instructions, states that in view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioner no longer survives and therefore the petition may be disposed of.

4. By accepting the statement made by the learned Additional Government Advocate on instructions, we dispose of this petition.
