Learned AG states that the temporary jetty which is the subject matter of this petition put up with the permissions dated 20.01.2015 issued by the Captain of Ports and dated 05.05.2020 issued by the GCZMA, would be dismantled and removed within two months from today.

Tis statement is accepted and the respondents no.1 to 4, 6 and 7 are directed to remove the said jetty consistent with the statement now made before us by the learned AG, within two months from today. 3.

Since the only relief in this petition was concerning the removal of this jetty, this petition is now disposed of. Tere shall be no order for costs.
