Shri J. E. Coelho Pereria, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners submits that the secretary of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 is present who has signed on behalf of the petitioner nos.1 and 2 and the respondent no.1 is present in court who have filed the consent terms.

2. The consent terms as filed pursuant to which the petitioners have deposited the amount of Rs.84,794/- in full and final settlement of the claim of the respondent no.1 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Consent terms accepted and registry is directed to release the said amount in favour of the respondent no.1 alongwith the interest accrued thereon on the

WP/58/2016 deposited amount till date. Registry to comply by 3.11.2017.

3. In view of the consent terms, petition stands disposed off accordingly.
