While passing the order, this Court inadvertently has not mentioned "application under Section 14 of the Goa Daman and Diu Agricultural Tenancy Act 1964 to be remanded". The other side has no objection.

Therefore, it is necessary to make corrections by adding figure "14" after 18(C) appearing in the operative order (b). In view of the corrections, time of four months is extended to

MCA/892/2015 dispose of the petition.
