2. This is an application for extension of time to deposit the amount in terms of the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the amount is extended by two weeks thereby directing the applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.45,000/- in this Court today and remaining balance in terms of the said order within two weeks from today.
