Date:- 28th November 2018 The Petitioner contends that on consideration of the appeal presented by him a direction has been issued by the Block Development Officer(BDO) Tiswadi, Panaji Goa to the respondent no.1/panchayat to follow necessary procedure as per the provisions of law for issuance of NOC to the petitioner, as sought for. It is further informed that the petitioner has approached the panchayat by presenting an application on 30.10.2018 requesting to comply with the directions issued by the BDO. The grievance is made that the application made to the concerned panchayat has not been attended.

2. In the circumstances, the petition can be dispose of with a direction to the concerned panchayat to take necessary steps to ensure compliance in accordance with the provisions of law on consideration of the application dated 30.10.2018 tendered by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a

WP/1130/2018 period of four weeks from today and it is accordingly directed.

3. Writ Petition stands disposed of.
