WRIT PETITION NO.65 OF 2012 Sheikh Jameer Mohamed ...... Petitioner
Versus
State of Goa and another.
...... Respondents --- Coram : N.M. Jamdar & Prithviraj K. Chavan, JJ.
Date : 1 November 2018.
P.C.:
On 18 September 2018, we had passed the following order :
"None for the Petitioner. The Petitioner has challenged the appointment of Respondent No.3 and non selection of the Petitioner. The recruitment process was undertaken in the year 2011.
2. If none appears for the Petitioner on the next date, it will be presumed that the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting this petition.
3. Stand over to 22 October 2018."
2.
We had recorded therein that if none appears for the Petitioner, it would be presumed that the Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the Petition. The recruitment process was long over in the year 2011. None appears for the Petitioner. Perhaps because
2 wp65-12dt.01-11-18 the Petition has become infructuous that the Petitioner is not interested.
3.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Prithviraj K. Chavan, J.
