Since 'C' Summary is already filed before the competent Magistrate, there is no reason to keep this petition pending. Te competent Magistrate to decide on the 'C' Summary already filed, after hearing respondent No.2(original complainant) and the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of in the above terms. Tere shall be no order for costs.
