1. Learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that during the pendency of this petition, the Petitioner has obtained a fresh/revised order from the North Goa Planning and Development Authority dated 17.01.2018 bearing No.NGPDA/COL/57/1942/18. In that view of the matter, it is submitted that the relief sought by the Petitioner is worked out and the petition becomes infructuous.

2. The learned Counsel submits that the petition may be dismissed as being infructuous. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed as being infructuous.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.97 of 2016 submits that the copy of the aforementioned fresh technical clearance is be furnished to enable them to challenge the fresh/revised order from the North Goa Planning and Development Authority dated 17.01.2018 bearing No.NGPDA/COL/57/1942/18. A copy of this fresh/revised order shall be furnished to learned Advocate Ms. Kalpa Govenkar to enable an amendment to be carried out to Writ Petition No.97 of 2016.
