This is an application filed by the applicant/original respondent no.2 for modification of the interim order passed by this Court, by consent dated 28.01.2016.

2. After hearing the matter for some time, both the learned counsel have filed the minutes of the order agreeing to modify the said order in terms therein. The minutes of the order duly signed by the learned counsel appearing for the original respondent no.2 and the original respondent no.3 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

3. In view of the above, the interim order dated 28.01.2016 stands modified to the extent mentioned in the minutes of the order marked 'X' for identification. Needless to say that if any such application is filed, the learned Magistrate shall decide such application as expeditiously as possible taking note of the fact that such application is for interim custody.

4. The application stands disposed off accordingly.

5. Expedite an authenticated copy of this order to the applicant.
