judgment and sentence dated 23.05.2018 is suspended.

2. The Applicant is ordered to be enlarged on bail on executing bail bonds in the amount of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) and furnishing a local surety in coextensive amount to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Mapusa.
