The respondents have now deposited the amounts as directed. Accordingly, the relief in this Civil Application stands worked out particularly because, the learned Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that there is already an order permitting the applicant to withdraw such amount.
2. Since there was delay, we had directed the the respondents to explain the cause for such delay. The Deputy Director has now filed affidavit explaining the delay.

3. According to us, the explanation can be accepted because it appears that there was mix up between two connected matters and deposit was made only in one matter.
4. Civil Application No.993/2018 in Writ Petition No. 437/2018 is disposed of.
5. The disposal of this Civil Application, will not prejudice the applicant in claiming any additional amount, if indeed, such additional amount is prima facie due and payable to the applicant.
