Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. It is undisputed that the application for regularisation filed on behalf of the petitioner, has been dismissed by the competent authority on 29.07.2019.

3. In such circumstances, no case for interference in the order directing demolition, is made out. The petition is accordingly dismissed, with no order as to costs.

4. At this stage, Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is desirous of challenging the

WP/1222/2018 order refusing regularisation and requests for continuation of the interim relief for a limited period.

5. The learned Counsel for the respondent no. 3 has strongly opposed the continuation of the interim relief.

6. However, considering the fact that the interim relief was operating from 15.03.2019 and in order to grant reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to challenge the order of regularisation, interim relief is extended by a period of two weeks from today. Needless to mention that this Court has not examined the merits of the claim of the petitioner for regularisation.
