The Registry, earlier, conditionally wanted the applicant to cure the defects in a particular time frame. The applicant did not comply with that. The time then granted was over by October 2018. For non-compliance, the Registry refused to number the case. Now, with delay, the applicant has come up with another application to have the delay condoned, so he could cure the defects and have the case registered.

2. Though the Court cannot appreciate the applicant's laches, in the interest of justice, however, it allows the application. The delay stands condoned. The petitioner must comply with the

mca no.1052 of 2019 office objections in three weeks from now. His failure will result in the automatic dismissal of the application. No further application will be entertained in that regard.
