Heard Mr. A. D. Bhobe, learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Mr. J. Vaz, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

2. This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 21.10.2016 wherein according to Mr. Vaz, learned counsel appearing for the respondent the applicants should be permitted to withdraw an aggregate amount of more than Rs. 15,00,000/- including a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- which was already withdrawn by the applicants before the Appellate Court. It is further pointed out that consequently at para 4 of the said order, the figure Rs.5,00,000/- would have to be substituted by figure

MCA/938/2016 Rs.10,00,000/-.

3. In view of the above and by consent, the figure Rs.10,00,000/- on the last line of para 3 stands substituted by figure Rs.15,00,000/- and figure Rs.5,00,000/- in line three of para 4 of the said order stands substituted by figure Rs.10,00,000/-. Needless to say that the amount withdrawn is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the respondent in the appeal.
