Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. We have perused the averments made in the Misc. Civil Application seeking the condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the restoration application. We are satisfied that the delay of 16 days in filing the restoration application is sufficiently explained in the Misc. Civil Application.

3. For the reasons recorded in the Misc. Civil Application, the delay of 16 days in filing the restoration application is

MCA/108/2019 condoned. No order as to costs.

4. Place the Tax Appeal No.2 of 2018 on board for admission on 15th April, 2019.
