These three Contempt Petitions were filed by the Petitioners for not paying their dues by the Respondent-Authority. When the petitions came on board it was pointed out that the order is substantially complied with however there are certain errors in the calculations. By consent, the matters were placed before the Registrar ( Judicial). The learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the issue has been resolved between the parties and the Petitioners are satisfied with the calculations. No notice for initiating contempt action so far issued against the Respondents. 2.
In these circumstances, it is not necessary to proceed further with these Contempt Petitions. The Contempt Petitions are accordingly disposed of.
