After hearing both sides for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh applications before the Trial Court.

2. Permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh applications before the Trial Court on fresh grounds is granted. All the contentions of the parties including those pertaining to maintainability of the applications are kept open to be decided on their own merits by the Trial Court.

3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. S. B. SHUKRE, J.
