The learned Advocate Mr. Rohit Bras De Sa for the Petitioners submits that in terms of this Court order dated 13.04.2017, the Petitioners-Tenants were required to deposit rent at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per month with effect from 01.10.2016. He submits that the Petitioners were unable to deposit either the monthly rent or the arrears amount as directed vide order dated 13.04.2017, pursuant to which, the Petitioners returned the possession of the suit premises to Respondent No. 1-Landlord on 01.07.2019, through the Rent Execution Application in Rent Case No. 97/2016/E before the Civil Judge Junior Division at Margao. He submits that the execution proceedings have since been disposed of, nothing survives in that matter.

2. The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions from the Petitioners that they would not press for any of the reliefs in this Petition, in view of the possession of the suit premises been already handed over to Respondent No. 1 on 01.07.2019.

3. Consequently, the Petition has been rendered infructuous and, hence, stands dismissed.
