Heard the learned counsel the applicant and the learned counsel for the proposed guardian. The proposed guardian, is the uncle of the minor children i.e Respondent nos.3, 4, 5 and 6. Both the parents of these minor respondents are dead. The learned counsel for the proposed guardian states that the interest of the proposed guardian is not adverse to that of the minors. In such circumstances, the application is allowed as prayed and is disposed off.
