Taking into consideration the urgency that was expressed by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we have taken up this matter on board. Objections, if any, in relation to registration are dispensed with. Registry to register the petition and allot it the appropriate number.

2. Mr. Pednekar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner pointed out that at the on going International Film Festival of India (IFFI), the petitioner was allotted stall no.5 at Corniche Area (Food Stalls). The petitioner has already spent considerable amount in decorating the stall, in which, she is already placed in

STM/3938/2019 possession. He submits that yesterday the respondent nos.2 and 3 attempted to dispossess the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner should be located in some other stall. Hence, the present petition.

3. We required the petitioner to serve notice upon the respondents and the matter was accordingly kept back.

4. After the matter is called out, the learned Additional Government Advocate appears in the matter. So also, the respondent no.3 i.e. Mr. Vaibhav Kurdikar, appears in person. He states that he is the Assistant Manager (Administration) of the Entertainment Society of Goa (ESG) and is duly authorised to represent the said Society (ESG).

5. Mr. V. Kurdikar, who is present in person and who on the basis of our repeated queries states that he is duly authorised to represent ESG, makes a statement that there is no proposal to dispossess or relocate the petitioner from the existing stall i.e. Stall No.5 in the Corniche Area (Food Stalls). The statement is accepted as a statement made to this Court.

6. The aforesaid statement, redresses the petitioner's grievance.

7. Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
