2. This is an application to delete the respondent No.4 who has expired and whose estate is being represented by the respondent No.5. Mr. Ramani learned Counsel appearing for the respondents does not dispute that the estate of respondent No.4 has devolved upon the respondent No.5.

3. Hence, the application is allowed. The name of the

MCA/8/2016 respondent No.4 stands accordingly deleted with necessary endorsement with that regard. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.
