Heard Ms A. Bandekar for the petitioner, Mr Suhas Parab, AGA for respondent no.1 and Mr Manish Salkar for respondent no.2. 2.

We have gone through the averments made in the petition. he petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent no.2-Goa State Pollution Control Board (GSPCB) to decide the complaint dated 21.08.2024 in a time-bound manner. Mr Salkar, learned counsel for the GSPCB submits that the issue is being looked into.

As the respondent no.2 is seized of the matter, we request the respondent no.2 to decide the complaint as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six weeks from today.
