Mrs. Ingrid Cotta., v. State Of Goa, Thr. Its Chief Secretary And 4 ORS.,
IN THE HIGH COURT OF BOMBAY AT GOA
WRIT PETITION NO. 1163 OF 2016 MRS. INGRID COTTA., ... Petitioner
Versus
STATE OF GOA, THR. ITS CHIEF SECRETARY AND 4 ORS., ... Respondents Shri V. Rodrigues, Advocate for the petitioner. Ms. P. Bhandari, AGA for the respondents no.1,3,4 and 5. Shri P. Kamat, Advocate for the respondent no.2. Coram:- F. M. REIS & NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, JJ.
Date:- 5th January, 2017 P.C.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that in the meanwhile the Occupancy Certificate has already been issued to the petitioner. Though the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner raises strong objections in the manner in which such Occupancy Certificate has been issued, nevertheless, as such Certificate has already been granted to the petitioner, the question of entertaining the petition would not arise as the issue becomes academic. Hence, the petition is accordingly dismissed.
