Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned Counsel for the respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, states that the applicant shall settle the the provident fund dues of the concerned workman in August, 2016. The statement is accepted. The learned Counsel for the respondent, on instructions, states that as the applicant has agreed to settle the dues of the concerned workman in August, 2016, the respondent has no objection for releasing the amount and for allowing the application as prayed. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The amount lying before

MCA/19/2016 this Court along with interest, if any, shall be released in favour of the applicant.
