Heard Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Pangam, the learned Advocate General for the respondents.

2. The learned Advocate General makes a statement that the case of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law and therefore, the petitioner, may attend the interview before the interview board, which is scheduled on 27.11.2019 at 10:30 a.m.

3. Mr. Lotlikar, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner takes notice of the aforesaid.

4. Accordingly, it will not be necessary to issue any notice to the petitioner to attend the interview. As noticed earlier, the candidature of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. The Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms.

6. All concerned to act on the basis of an authenticated copy of this order.
