Heard. Reply filed by the respondent no.2 to the amended petition is taken on record..

Mr. Nitin Sardessai, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent no.2 produced a notification which is placed on record. In view of the said notification, it will not be appropriate to examine the question of interim relief. It is also to be noted that similar request for interim relief came to be disposed of by order dated 24/06/2015 in Writ Petition No.397/2015. Hence, all the above applications stand disposed of accordingly.

The learned Counsel appearing for the parties point out that they
