Date:- 15th December, 2016 P.C.:
Mr. K. Aravind states that the only reason for filing this application is the apprehension felt by the Assessing Officer as regards continuation of the interim order dated 12th January, 2016 in view of the subsequent order dated 29th August, 2016. Reference to para 7 of that order is sufficient to know that the apprehension is baseless. In the circumstances, Mr. Aravind does not press for the application. The same is accordingly disposed off.
