Notice was issued to the Respondents on 16 January 2018. Registry has endorsed that the Municipal Council and the private Respondents have been served. The learned counsel for

Amrut 2 WP75-18 dt 03-04-2018 Respondent No.1 places on record the panchanama recording that the demolition was carried out on 8 March 2018.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of this action of the Respondent No.1-Municipal Council nothing survives in this petition. The Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
